Our presenters bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the show. Their backgrounds are profiled below:
Luke Van DyckLuke
Van Dyck is the Host of Do It.
Luke is a third generation builder, having followed in the footsteps of his
father and grandfather.
Now a licensed builder, Luke was named 1st year Apprentice of the Year in 1999
when he attended TAFE on Sydney's Northern Beaches. He still lives on the
Northern Beaches where he surfs every chance he gets.
Luke is a fully qualified builder and carpenter and has been part of the
building industry for 10 years. He owns and runs a fully licensed building
company that for the past 6 years has been specializing in new custom homes and
major renovations
Luke's other television credits include "Renovation Rescue", Renovation Rumble",
"DIY
Rescue", "Jack of all Trades" and "Our Place" and "Luke's Place", both on Foxtel.
He was also nominated for a Logie for Best New Male Talent.
A keen sportsman, Luke has represented NSW in athletics and rugby. In addition
to surfing he likes to wakeboard and snowboard.
Lisa Williams
Lisa is a nationally recognized teacher, presenter, trainer and coach in the
fitness, health well being industry.
Her passion for Yoga, Neuro linguistics, human behaviours, spiritual psychology
and anatomy, Lisa has created many dimensions to her business and life.
She has led a successful personal training business and taught all class styles
for fifteen years, as well as running a successful business in the corporate
world creating a healthy and inspired culture within companies.
A national presenter for Reebok for many years training and leading instructors
in indoor cycling, Lisa was known for creating powerful and inspiring classes
connecting mind and body with movement and intensity.
Lisa's passionate life mission is to create a healthier world by educating and
inspiring people to create union with mind, body, and spirit manifesting for
them their idea of optimal health and well being.
