Zinsser – Perma-White Mould & Mildew Proof Self-Priming Paint

Mould can pop up anywhere in your home. Cleaning it is messy, time consuming and costly.

Zinsser Perma-White is a one-stop application that will stop mould and mildew developing. It's guaranteed for 5 years, and can be tinted to pastel shades.

There are 3 gloss levels – semi-gloss, satin and eggshell finishes. The eggshell finish is a flat gloss that helps minimise the appearance of surface defects. It's the only flat gloss on the market that's guaranteed not to grow mould.

When applying this product you need to firstly clean the existing mould, preferably with bleach. Make sure you allow it to dry thoroughly before applying the paint. The first coat primes and seals the surface, binding without having to sand. The second coat ensures maximum mould and mildew protection by the paint film.

And because it's water based, application is easy. Perma White adheres easily to hard to stick to materials, seals porous surfaces and dries to a washable and stain resistant finish. You can re-coat in 2 hours and most jobs can be finished the same day. Being water based it's really easy to clean up once the job's finished.
