Why replace that sticky sliding aluminium door, when you only need to replace the wheels.

It's a quick and easy DIY job for a Saturday.

To remove the door, back of the wheels at both ends by releasing the bottom screw. Then lift the door from the bottom and out she comes.

Remove the old wheels and file down the rough edges.

Insert the new wheels and tighten the screws.

Now the track will most likely be damaged so file it down and round the edges over.

Re insert the door and adjust the hight of the wheels.

The cost of fixing the door yourself is around $22.00 and one hour of your time. To replace the door you would be looking at around $2000.00.
